Turbine Technology Services (TTS) has been involved in projects in the African continent that include the relocation of multiple gas turbine units and their subsequent installation and commissioning. Other services provided include control system upgrades, fuel conversion and application of engineering best practices to maintain operational excellence.

We know gas turbines—and TTS offers a wide range of expert engineering and consulting services, as well as conversion, modification and upgrade services. Angola

Turbine Model: MS5001

Project Scope: Relocated four Frame 5 gas turbines for installation and commissioning.

Nigeria

Turbine Model: MS6001

Project Scope: Relocated nine barge-mounted units including: turbine control system upgrades; generator excitation and protection upgrades; water injection systems; dual fuel conversions; 60-50 Hz conversions; partial rewires; mechanical overhauls and unit startup and commissioning.
