Lake Maracaibo, Vz

Turbine Model: Westinghouse 501D5 Power Barge

Project Scope: Barge was in storage for 3 years without operation. 100 MW Power Barge Total Plant Refurbishment. Managed dry dock operations including hull work and recertification. Performed hot gas path inspection. Complete mechanical systems check out and refurbishment. Complete instrumentaion check out and calibration. Total plant recommissioning. Complete HV and MV electrical system check out and recertification Barge relocated.

Equipment Installed: Replaced control system with TMS-1000 digital controls.

Chile

Turbine Model: Westinghouse 251B8

Project Scope: QTY.2 - Westinghouse 251B8 units relocated from the U.S.A. Heavy Fuel Oil System Conversion, Turbine and Generator controls, on base re-wire.

Equipment Installed: New turbine control systems. New complete on-base fuel system including flushing and washing systems. New HP fuel skid. New fuel selector skids. New Vanadium inhibitor systems.

Costa Rica

Turbine Model: MS5001N

Project Scope: System Modernization. Two MS5001N Gas turbines.

Equipment Installed: 2 new turbine and generator control systems. New motor control centers on common control network. New vibration monitoring system. New centralized control room with multiple monitoring stations throughout the plant.

Project Scope: Provided turnkey control system upgrade GE Fanuc 90/70.
