DLN combustors involve the complex interaction of multiple fuels systems, changing ambient conditions, stability limits, emissions, and dynamics. High dynamic levels in an improperly tuned system can result in accelerated component wear, or liner and transition piece cracking or failure. TTS's extensive experience tuning GE DLN combustion systems resulted in proven expertise optimizing NOx and CO emissions while minimizing dynamic levels and maximizing the life of components.

TTS offers dynamic monitoring and DLN tuning services for GE DLN-1 combustion systems on Frame 6B and 7EA gas turbines and for DLN-2.0/2.6 systems on Frame 6/7/9FA gas turbines. We provide on-site support with temporary, portable dynamic systems or we can custom design and build a permanently installed system. By also integrating our remote support capabilities, TTS helps you continuously monitor combustor dynamics and turbine operating parameters in order to optimize the emissions and dynamics of your DLN system year round.
