Turbine Monitoring System (TMOS) is a replacement Human Machine Interface (HMI) for existing and new turbine operator interface systems, and can also be used on the balance of plant (BOP) control system interfaces for most gas and steam turbine applications.

TTS’ TMS-1000 Control System is a digital control system designed to provide enhanced control and protection features for the gas turbine train while maintaining the basic original system functionality.

Designed to provide ease of operation and flexibility, TMOS provides robust reliability on modern off the shelf hardware.

Fuel quality and fluctuations can cause momentary upsets where the flame is re-ignited (PRI) in the primary combustion zone. TTS has a very specific solution that eliminates the upsets, minimizes emissions (downtime is only 3.5 minutes) and controls costs.

Life-cycle Parts Management Made Easy, Tractable and Cost Efficient - Lodestar™ software shines a light to guide turbine operators on parts management

10+ million operating hours and counting… The removal of the hydraulics used for control of the original valves eliminates a costly and maintenance intensive system that, overtime impacts the operational reliability of the machine. Valves like the TTS ElectroFlo™, Y&F 3010, and Woodward GS series are ideal for these applications due to their reliability and ease of installation.

On June 13, 2016 a Texas pipeline company was awarded a 168-mile intrastate gas pipeline project by the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) – Mexico’s state-owned utility serving 37 million customers – to provide natural gas transportation services beginning in 2018 to meet Mexico’s growing electric generation needs.
